Two bolts at each side - look under front wheelarch towards front of car and you will see two bolts about 5cm apart and 13mm heads. Remove each side so four bolts then depending on model remove/release grill and bottom screws/fasteners on later models or gte/sr models. Look at bottom lip of bumper and you will see these.

^I'm assuming you implying take the metal "L" brackets off? Not forgetting the 10mm bolts throught he front wings.

there are 2 10mm bolts on each side and 2 13mm bolts holding the iron on easy peezy no need to remove bumper mounts, there are also plastic rivets holding the bumper on the bottom just lean on the top of the bumper and they pop off (assuming its a mk2) dont worry about putting them back on unless you got a concoure car, mine aint on and the 6 bolts are more then enough

mk1 or mk2? mk1 is 4 screws along the top edge..mk2 push the 4 plastic tabs and pop it out.

everyone says the two bolts on the inside of the wings, these dont need to be removed for a mk1 as these are sliding tabs.

am i the only one who knows it lol. when the four 13mm are undone (might be caked in dirt and stiff.) just give it a good tug in each corner.

Better to unbolt them on a mk1 though as ther usualy rotton and stiff.

And Mk2 you have to unbolt them as i dont think theres a way of getting the bumper back on otherwise (sitting right that is lol)

its a bit of a pain getting them back on, but i find it easier as one of my bolts has threaded its self.

id pop the grille off and take the 2 13mm nuts of the back of the bumper backing bar then take the two 10mm bolts on the inside of each wing of as the plastic lugs might snap of the bumper if you try and slide it off the clips.

Thank god you haven't put a mk1 front end on it. We need more mk2's to make the others look better lol
