Sri Inlet ports

What shape are the 1.4 sri inlet ports Please?

I brought petes 1.4 sri off him, and there are some tastey webers in the for sale section just wanted to know what the ports were, as i haven't had a loooook yet.

I *think* the SRi head has round inlet ports. Some Webbers on that engine would be serious fun!!! Go for it!

EDIT: some searching confirms, round ports on these and big valves. Seems some Webbers will see you good gains aswell.

Yeah hoping i get them, it's just the manifold he has is for an xe engine. I just wondered if it would fit. If not i'm sure i can source another manifold. I know the sr heads have sqaured off ports just wondered if nova heads are either sqaure or round or is there any other shapes.

There are (afaik) 3 types, round, square and cathedral (sp). Your must be the round type. Manifolds can be picked up fairly easily.

Round ports, same as GTe/GSi.
