ive just done a quote with a company who claim to be for younger drivers who have a provisional liscence. with my mum on the policy who has had her clean liscence 25 years, one years insurance costs me £2719. My mate who has a 1.1 fiesta, also on a provisional liscence with HIS mum on the policy, £400 for the year. we live in the exact same area, so i know that the area isnt affecting it, even though Romford is the most expensive place for insurance. so does anybody have any companies i could try for provisional insurance?

I'm sure my ex was with either Tesco or Admiral on a provisional with her parents as second drivers.

I'm assuming this is for a Nova - I'm not surprised its more expensive than the Fiesta, but £2300 more is taking the p!ss a bit.

Sure he's not fronting and putting his mum on as number 1?
