are small van tyres the same as car tyres? My dads fiat doblo needs a new tyre.]

All tyres go by the size on the outside of the tyre i.e 195/45/15 :roll:

I think he means for load bearing. Should be same on car derived van I would expect mate.

you can get comercial (sp) tyres, you can tell if ur dad has them as the size will be sumthing like 195/60/15 C

No, van tyres are not the same as car tyres, it all about load bearing weights ;)

van tyre will prob be extra load on your fiat, prob be a 175/70/14

they go through tyres on the front quite fast iirc i used one as a taxi

as stated matey it will most likely be an extra load tyre coming off a doblo mate!!

185/65/15 on our works (56 plate) Fiat Doblo and yes, they are an "extra load" tyre as the van has something like an 800kg payload..
