Can anyone shed any light on these questions...

1. What grade of box oil do i use in an f16 box, and where is the filler?
2. Which way does this fuel pump, pump.. its from a c20xe engine.

3. What are these two connectors for (off the c20xe loom)
http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/8963/image346.th.jpg (http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/8963/image346.jpg)
4. Can anyone tell me which HT goes where on a c20xe dizzy
5. Can anyone tell me which wires are + and - on the nova fan loom, and is it pos or neg switch so i can run a switch in car aswell as the normal engine control.
http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/1696/image345.th.jpg (http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/1696/image345.jpg)
6. Can anyone tell me what wire connects where on the coil itself, as i have two wires from the nova loom but not sure which is which.
7. Does anyone know what wires (colour) go where on the alternator/starter setup on a c20xe in a nova... my friend cut all the connections when removing the original 1.2 carb nova engine out, so im stuck with a bunch of wires...

Sorry for all the questions, but this is all i need to know to get her roadworthy.. cheers in advance!

1. cant remember but motor factors will have this in their books.
2. bigger side is inlet (tank) side with connections is outlet (to engine)
3. green is not needed, black switched live (if it has a black on the loom connector by the ecu this may not need to be connected)
4. cant remember lol
5. dont have a haynes to hand so cant check
6. none from the nova loom connect to the coil. the c20xe loom will connect to an ignition amplifier, which the coil will be bolted to and the ignition amp will have the 2 wires coming off it to connect to the coil. the original nova coil wires can be left unused or the black one for switched live if it is needed (one as pictured in question #3)
7. + battery to starter then to the alternator (bigger terminals).. black/red to starter (smaller terminal).. blue/white to alternator (smaller terminal) blue/yellow to oil pressure switch. think thats it :D

Gear oil should be EP80/90 as far as I know, the filler is also the breather. See the black cap on top of the selector housing? Unbolt that (dont prise the cap off) and fil away, the level bung is a 13mm bolt behind where the n/s driveshaft goes into the box.

Looking at my wiring i have...

red/black
yellow/blue with small ring connector on
green/blue has a small plastic connectin on
yellow/black taped up on itself (assuming it wasn't used previously)
and a solid blue with a spade conector on.

I can make the 12v stuff from scratch, its just the wires above im confused on... the red black i slightly thickerthan the others so i assume thats the starter wire.. The blue/yellow could go to the alternator as it has a ring connection, and it might just be the colour has faded. so im just left with the other 3

exactly as i said. just you have put the colours the wrong way around. when i say blue/white i mean solid blue with a white trace.

its exactly as i said above. yellow/black not needed (could be oil pressure for dials)

solid blue is the original wire for the water temp guage on the dials (now located inside the XE loom)

slightly different wiring but blue/yellow with ring terminal will be alternator's small conection.

the blue/green with the small black connector will clip into the oil pressure switch.

the black/red is starter

just a note on box oil, vauxhall recalled some early f20's and replaced the oil with atf oil, as the shifts were notchy, then post 91 all vaux boxes got atf as standard. so atf it is matey
