i have a 1.4 sri cam and standard manifold and downpipe, if i fit them would there be any gains?:thumb:

Yes. As long as the manifold has a lamba hole. And the cam is the same drive as the 1.2

You probably wouldn't notice the gains from the exhaust but it should maybe give a nicer exhaust note.
