Another exhaust question

Is this a gte/gsi after market system? And would it mate the my c16xe downpipe?

Cant tell nothing from that pic. Its the angle of the flange where it meets the manifold downpipe thats the difference.....

If so then yeah its a GSi Ashley system as its my old one :)
