Another Number plate related question.

The cars you see which have vynal/plastic plates stuck onto the top of the bonnet. Like Rally cars etc, where can I get them, and how much do they cost?

Or alternativly, can I buy a stencil or something so I can Paint it on?

goto a carvan shop or a lesiure shop (you know the type i mean???) most touring caravans have these on and they make them up for trailers and the like. i THINK halfords may even do them
