rear arch repair panel?

when you buy an arch repair panel does it come with the part round the filler neck?

i need the part round the filler neck also?

or is this a full qaurter that is needed?

you will have to get the relacement quarter panel more than likely

new qtr, the panel isnt cut for the filler its just a "flat" panel and covers half the filler, only problem with 90% of non gen qtrs they only go half way in the door shut iirc so that means mig'ing all down the b piller ect could warp quite abit
