Nova ---> Corsa

After crashing my car I was on the look out for another nova but came accross a corsa sxi. Its a 1999 and done 31k miles with full vaux history, plus alloys aircon etc. I know the bubbly shape does look 'gay' in some peoples opinions, but I think subtle styling looks nice :D

just wondered who is in the future going to go from a nova to a corsa?

I know bob has recently made the change to an alomost identical car :D

And I will be getting another nova in the future as a project car :D

I MAY get a corsa in july when i change cars, either a Zetec-S or a Corsa. I understand the 1.8 Sri is only group 9!! My mate has got one, he is 19, under his dads name, and its ?1,100 :-D so mite well lok at one of them! meanwhile ill just have to be jelous of yours :x

ive stuck with nova's. i had a 1.2 as a first car,then dropped a 1.4 init. stuffed that and had an astra and two cavs but i had to go bk to the nova's, hence the novavan :twisted:

isnt vaux bringing out a 2 litre turbo gsi corsa? so i heard anyways. might be worth thinkin about in a couple of years once some used ones about, if not i'll hunt down 2litre turbo astra gsi-i think with just subtle mods like alloys they look mint personally.
good choice though ant, im sure u'll have some good motoring out of her. :D

Yeh im gunna get a corsa next gunna keep ma nova for about 2yr then get a red corsa gsi.ive heard about the corsa 2.0 turbo but in this Januarys total vauxhall page14 it says vaux have just added a new corsa 2 their range which is a turbocharged version of the 1.6 ecotec which will have 175bhp :o and come with 17" alloys sounds good 2 me :D

The lates corsa is nice, not 2 keen on the bubbly shape thing, although, the 5 door corsa as standard looks alot better than the 3 door, im not sayin that coz i own a 5 door nova, coz i agree with most that a 5 door nova is ugly standard!

I don't agree with that as its tiny inside and still only 3 doors lol. The gay shape is probably true, but wait till I have done a few mods :D Got alot of things planned. Just hope I can get it to the standard of me nova :|

my PERSONAL opinion about corsa's are ther are FUCKING SHIT !!!, I absolutley hate them would NEVER buy one they are too much of a girls car and the 2.0 16v/turbo engines belong in the nova's, a hard engine in a hard car (nova) and I'v had alot of people tell me the corsa GSi's are shit because the engines keep nackering up !!!!

got to admit my mate has a brand new corsa sxi and i like it we drove it up to cumbria from southampton and it was realy comfy and did brill mpg id have one but im hocked on pure hardcore acceleration! so its got to be nova!, want to keep the nova for a few years then get an escort cosworth.

Well i went from Nova 1.2 saloon 3door to a 1.2 hatch and then got really fed up with things going tits up and decided to buy a corsa sport 1400 16v. At the time there were non about and the kids still had novas so i thought it was ok Now every fucking kiddy Maxpower loving fool has got a black corsa 1.2 grrrr..... Anyways ive recently bought a nova 1400 sr as a project rally car and boy how much fun did i have driving the beast home. theres somthing about novas that i love but theres one big thing i hate "rust".

The corsa is a wicked car "personal opinion" and its fairly fast for what it is. I know its basically a Nova thats had a straw stuck up its arse and blown into a few times but hey I like the car.
