im thinking of doing the 1.2 tuning guid on my nova but the standerd 1.3sr carb does not xite me the sound of webber 32\34 with a k&n does is this posible Does Any1 know a website that sells webber carbs? and wats the petrol consumption like on the webber 32\34.

You'd have to get the 1.3Sr inlet manifold, and fit the 32/34 to that. Whilst at it, match the carb to the manifold, or get someone else to so it. Its simple, but will help.

Of course peterol consumption will be up, wont break the bank though.

Be prepared for people saying not to bother, but it will gain power and if it is enough to make you happy, its worth a try.

websites that sell second hand carbs etc, like ebay.co.uk are great if your the seller cos they go for stupid prices. get yourself down to a scrap yard and pick one up much cheaper, plus you can look at it for yourself to check if its ok, or take a mate in the know to help you out.
