Agreed. Most of the time people are quick to scrap a Nova shell for a bit of rot that can be rectified too IMO. Guess there's still too many around? lol Smashing up cars is fun and we all know it lol

Like yesterday, battled with a 5dr Cavalier (2 flat tyres and about one tonne of crap inside) for about an hour trying to persuade it to leave the trailer it's been on for months, trailer has 4 flats inc. the jockey wheel.

So when it did finally submit I smashed the hell out of it as it's being scrapped anyway. lol

My point was it was probably a wreck. low spec novas are utter ****e. The higher spec'd models are nice. Engine conversions are a must from higher powered vauxhalls. Does my nut in when people get all touchy when someone moans that a 1.0 merit with 12,000 miles on the clock is having a c20let fitted. Sacralige!

I think his main mistake was leaving the rear seats in tbh, i mean you go to the trouble of cutting the roof off and taking most of the panels off, then leave the rear seats in, halfassed attempt at weight removal imo
