Wots the best offset for putting 17's on a nova?

dont ive got 17 on my other nova and its horable had lots of probs with it. wide arched it in the end lol

Yours must of been completly the wrong offset then because there are plenty of people on here with 17's that are fine.
the std offset of ET49 seems to work really well. 6" rims fit fine with that offset.

Oh right cos alot of people have said that et49 is best for 15's and et45 is the best for 17's?
a difference of 4mm, but its clearance to the wings that gets tight first, and 4 mm could be too much.
is someone trying to sell you a set of et44's by any chance???
et44 was the offset on facelift mk3 (v grille) astras
rim/tyre width govern the offset to use... so sticking religiously to the original one for the nova isnt necessarily the right way to do it. see sig link for offset fun and games

Best offset is...best left off lol IMO. 17's make Novas look like rollerskates.

lol no there not mk3 astra wheels, there actually off a non vauxhall but they are 4x100 et45 7j :confused:
