1.0 - 1.3 Wiring Help!

My brother in law has bought a 13N to transplant into his mint 1.0 and enlisted my help.

Its years since I last did one and remember some wiring that had to be altered or put in to coil??

Any help appreciated!

in my opinion you should throw the 13n in the canal, it is gutless & has 8.2:1 compression ratio & a really poor carb.
it was from a 1.3 astra up to 1982. so it is a very old engine.

anyway, as long as you use the 1.0 coil & wiring, it will fit ok, or if you use the coil from the 13n, & it has a black dizzy cap, then you need to remove the clear coated(resistive) wire that runs from the ign switch to the coil, and replace it with some normal wire
