Recommended reading.

lol, im in hatfield i could almost stagger home from there. what electronics do you need if you put carbs on a car. its just im lookin at a corsa gsi engine (16v) and am thinking the electronics look a bit complicated. can all of that be taken out and just plonk carbs on? what needs to be left? just roughly. thanks, jon

you can take off the entire loom and just leave the four or five wires that are attached to the cars loom. Oil pressure, water temp, starter motor, earths, coil live and rev counter

the ecu wont really care if you take off the injectors, or if it does then get balast resisitors to "fake" the injectors presence.

im doing a full diagnositcs assignment on the new honda accord (bosch stuff) deep joy lol we get to test each other by creating faults and letting them sort it out.

none of it is hard, i find it funny how people find electical work "scary" like its some kind of black art. the motorsport monkeys here get put off by TB's because it requires an ecu lol
