engine colour coding

thinking of painting my engine top and red samco hoses, would this be worth it and would it look daft just painting the rocker cover? Any other ideas?

Good idea mate if you look in max power this month theres this tape stuff that goes over hoses and can cope with the heat its a much simpler way of getting a smart engine bay i think it comes in like 5 colours.

maybe for a test why not buy a few rolls of eletricians tape!!!!

you can get briaded lines, just the metal that covers the lines, think they are meant to cover break lines. but you buy the roll of briaded metal and it fits over most small wires and pipes. quite cheap. would look good over things like ht leads etc. maybe teh leads that come off the alternator etc..
