well this is how the car sit. hopefull during the week al get it flattened down and give it a good polish. as still the bonnet spoiler and mirrors to paint.

thanks for the comments guys. ave really had to speed things up with it by doing more hours on it. as the house maybe sold and couple be moving in the next few weeks so will have no where to do the nova so need to finish it and the corsa. can see some nightshifts needing done.

tonight i got the bumpers and mirror surronds painted . then i got the engine and box cleaned up a bit and more of it stripped. also got the oil seals head gasket set and new water pump today. so hopefully tomorrow al start putting it back together again

cheers guys. al give that a go later. yesterday got the front seats out and scrubbed rear bumper fitted and painted the exhaust manifold and engine block. also got the head stripped cleaned and new valve stem oil seals fitted and got the valves fitted again.

not had much time to update till now. so got a few more picture of what has been down. engine is more or less built apart from the twin 40s as got the wrong intake manifold gasket. so hoping it and the service stuff arrive for the weekend so i can get the engine in on saturday. got the front bumper on just temp to keep it out the way.

well engine is built and fitted. just waiting on a new fuel pump coming from demon tweeks to see if its going to start. interior has been clean and front seats refitted. so just to finish of the interior, paint the wheels and give it a polish up. then see what it needs for its mot

to be honest i dont like them thats why i took them off the corsa. but cant justify buying new wheels for a car thats going up for sale.

today i got the new fuel pump fitted and replaced part of the fuel lines with new braided stuff and new in line filter.

friday night i painted a set of speedlines for a mate so going to get them on the nova for a couple of pics so you guys can see what it would look like with decent wheels on it

i know this but the wheels were going straight back on the car and that would have ment getting them balanced. i did them for free anyway.

he bought a corsa sport to run about in just now.

well not much has changed with the nova just now as having problems with the immobiliser. cant get it to switch off so i can start it. so just waitng on someone coming to have a look at it as i dont know anything about them.

found out the starter is buggered so taking the one from my corsa today to see if i can get the nova running. vaughan was over yesterday and gave me a red strip for the bumpers so got that on and the rear spoiler. so its all coming together now

cheers. will thats me pretty much finished with the car now as ave run out of time due to moving house. so the owner is coming for it and is getting an auto electricain to have a look at it and he is going to finish off the wee silly things that are needing done. as ave still to finish off the corsa. but al try to update when the car is on the road and up for sale.
