Can anyone tell me if this is an external fuel pump looks like? As it looks to me that its a pump that sits in the tank.
Searching for the part number online says its an 'inline' bosch pump :s
Just hoping someone can clear this up for me.

It looks like the external one that sits in the carrier on the o/side rear chassis leg.

P.S. got a bigger pic...;) :p

haha i put them up as full size pics's you can see the extra hole on the black size of the pump.
Is there any way i can know for sure if its external, like a test other than putting it all together and seeing my fuel shoot off down the drive?

I thought an externall would have an in, and out, and then the electrical connections, rather than the extra small hole part

internal 100%.

the external ones will have a massive inlet on them (10mm or 12mm) and 8mm outlet. it will not have that little hole on the inlet end.

tried using one of them externally before and it pisses out of that little hole lol
