rear shox, i cant see being a problem, but the horn, i think may be,

cant you switch it over to a button where you push it, an when you let go, the horn goes off?

better chance of passing

Could be why the horn wasn't working either. Quids on someone had removed the wheel then just stuck it back on temporarily and left the horn wire and centre nut off.
