was driveing back from seeing a mate (miles away) doing about 75mph when the oil light come on.Then started nocking very bad pulled up and the engine was overheating.took the oil filler cap and it was smoking :(
so i let it cool down

put some oil and water in it started it up and it was fine 5 minits later doing about 45mph BoOoOm

Similar to how my 1.3 blew up, gasket went, boiled the coolant off then after a re-fill it decided to boil the oil as well.

At least nova engines are easy to swap out though on the bright side.

I read that as you checked before you left, and topped up 3 litres? They only hold about 3.5 altogether! No wonder its dead lol

We then proceeded to roll over to the hard shoulder and stopped the car. Was a bit annoying as we had to wait 2 hours for a mate to bring some oil and water but this gave it chance to cool down.

We then drove home :p

as for bumper that will be going but dont know about tints (may be )
