8 valve turbo lump

right want to do an 8 valve turbo. thought about using a c20let block and either a 1.8 or 2ltr head. bigger injectors and a t3 or bigger. would it work. i kno i could just fit a c20let but want to do something different. :D

Get yourself an NE or SEH motor and slap a T3 on it, no need for a LET block at all!!!

use the ne, fit a t25 or a t3, a massive ic to keep charge temps low, and keep boost to below 12psi. make sure ya fit a boost sesing fpr. the seh will take less boost as its a higher comp ratio. youll see a good 190ish bhp

would you use a spacer on the 20ne sloth or just put it all on and hope for the best.

you wouldnt use a spacer but i wouldnt run more than 10psi of boost unless your are on megasquirt or other management

i don't want to sound stupid but....
low compression + high boost = power
surely,
high compression + low boost = power but with less turbo lag?
just a thought so please don't rip me to shreads! lol
