Vauxhall Nova 1991 Shell
Shell needs a bit of work doing but overall is a good shell that needs a bit of welding at the rear. Ideally it could do with 2 new wings and 2 sills which I will include. It was built for track use but ended up getting used on the road. I’ve owned that car for around 5-6 years and its had minimum use in the wet.
It will need the hubs and rear beam so whoever buys it will have to bring their own to get it on a trailor. I will also be needing the fuel tank.
All shell prep was done by Chris Astley motorsport last year.
- Engine bay has been shot blasted back to bare metal and all rot cut out (not much) and plated up. Fully stone chipped and painted red.
- Engine bay has been fully stich welded with alternator mod done.
- Harry Hockley strengthening kit fitted.
- Strut top strengthening plates fitted
- Brand new GM front panel fitted with slam panel removed to take tubular turbo manifold.
- Front cross member modified (centre made flat) to accept front mount intercooler (includes brackets).
- Brand new flitch plates fitted inside the front wheel arches
- Had new rear arches fitted 3 years ago (still mint)
- Full respray in Vauxhall Flame red 3 years ago.
- Inside of car has been sprayed in stone chip matt black.
- WRC flocked dash
- Astra GTE digital clocks (all new bulbs and fully working)
- Fully stripped out interior
- All glass and electric windows included. (Still installed)
- Rear strut brace
- Nova modified gear linkage to fit F20
- A CAT1 laserline alarm is also included with two key fobs.
