lol I can only speak for myself here but I try my hardest not to use any regional crap on forums, sometimes the odd 'me' instead of 'my' will slip through but I see no point in doing it intentionally as the majority of people won't have a clue what you are talking about as seen here - and it's daft. lol

If it's common practice it's a good idea to break the habit too, for situations when you want to appear more professional etc. IMO.
