disc'ed rear beam refurb

hey, picked up a rear disc;ed beam for a nova for dirty cheap.

it needs a refurb, and i need some advice so i thought i woudl start a thread about it

needs more wire brushing tomor, focused on stripping it today

calipers say 35 as you can see. what car are these from, and what year please

the discs are 260mm across. can you say what car they are from as well.

i cant get the disc of the drums. its stuck. the shaft inside spins freely but the discs doesnt move, the thing on the back which goes to the hand brake cable doesnt move either, how can i get this off?
