4-1 manifold OR standard XE manifold

As per title, a standard XE manifold (tubular type) or a 4-1 for an 8v.

Prefer postage if possible though or local to the mids.

If youve got one spare ill take if off your hands chap, aslong as its a tubular type though (dont know if any XE's have cast manifolds or not?)

I dont know, I was under the impression XE manifolds were like a tubular type manifold???? Or are they big funk off cast iron efforts like 8v Nova's??
