....to get rid of the nova. Ive been itching to get something else for a while now and I think I may have a deal set up with someone.

Ill be sad too see it go but I knew it wouldnt last forever.

More info will be posted when the deal is set in stone ;)

Just had an email and this might not be going ahead now. Never mind, im not exactly sad that I have to keep the nova :D

But that itch will need to be scratched at some point

I know what you mean about the itch, i've had the same a good few times and i always end up missing owning a Nova a few weeks once its gone! Who knows why.

before you sell her take some decent photos and post them up here...for posterity - also if you finally sell her make sure you pimp PNG as the club of choice to the new owner lol!

I thought I had arranged a deal with Adam*D for his RS turbo but he is uneasy about pulling it off ebay in case i dont go through with deal, even though I said I was happy to providing the car is as clean as it is in the photos.

Never mind.

my mates had both!! hes got a seeries one now!! they look good but they are so slow and unreliable!! my mates is getting converted to a zetec turbo now!! hes keeping the origional engine for when he sells the car!!

hes spent well over 8 grand including the car and full rebuild but hes come close to selling it afew times though as its just so unreliable and it only gets used on weekends!!!

i mean he sold his first series 2 beacuse it was a nail and the second one was mint bodywise but allways broke and he got offerd the series one so he got rid hoping that this would be more reliable fail!!

Don't get me wrong the RS turbos are nice cars (series 1's/RS1600i's are lovely cars) but i think you have done the right thing, as i just don't trust old fords no more after owning a mk3 fiesta xr2i, it would brake down with something wrong every week (thats the only thing i could rely on) lol

this is why im not that keen!! i like them but on the same hand id never have one!! sod that!! my mate has a nice saphy cosworth aswell its the ebony black press car!!

im just ticking the years down till im 25 then thats the car im getting, if i could get insured on a cosworth id have one.
im the same though want a new car but dont want to get rid of the nova..lol
