32/34 dtml fueling

Right currently fitting a new engine 1.3 sr with 32/34 carb fitted but now need to know how to couple to fuel line up from the pump to the carb being as there's two pipes a large and medium any help would be great.

Feed from fuel pump to top right (from front) of carb, and block off the return pipe going back to the tank is how I had mine.

Has your fuel pump got 2 line in or three and does there have to be a inline fuel filter cheers

why block the fuel return won't that cause over fueling?
