The keys that most peeps used on copied XP discs are all blacklisted on Microsoft site, u can use it but any updates you try and get off http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com like service pack, media player 9 etc wont work, the install terminates

go here, get the download, change the serial # and get all the latest stuff

I downloaded my XP off of kazaa... i brought home edition then about a month later Professional came out so my m8 downloaded it.... he installed it, and then gave me the CD, i installed it and yay it worked..... no probs at all. I do all the updates etc no probs at all.

i had the serial number problem on XP pro (was the iffy beta test version)

now im on win2k pro after xp ate my hard drive lol

im happy with win2k and wont be going back to XP ever again

yeh i have that aswell but i had fast fuck downloads ne way 8)

you don't ever get 'remotely queued' anymore + you get more sources to download from as you have a higher priority than everyone else

depends on whether the key is blacklisted as to whether it will work or not, most keygens will generate a generic key and it will throw that back

I had tht ting aswell! i didnt notice no speed difference so i gave up with it :cry:
