You can't run a turbo that big, yet you are? lol. TBH mate you may have just fitted it as you had it lying around/bought it cos you expected big power gains from it and/or it looks cool.

I (we) would like to see some pics of the underside and running gear more than the engine, you must have a custom floorpan, IRS, prop tunnel etc etc.

Is it RWD or 4WD? Also what's the spec of the engine?

its going upto my garage this week so hopefully 2-3 weeks from now.
the internals are forge pistons copper head gasket and caps for high comp forgot name of rods 16 oil jets in sump for crank lightend and balanced flywheel,crank and pulley all was done on a machine together full engine arp bolt kit vernier adjustable pulleys and cams t3 turbo tubular manifold 38mm wastegate and screamer pipe quife diff equal length shafts jp racing clutch stronger shells forgot name of them too had loads more just cant think off top of my head ill give pics of engine goin thru process wen i get my hands on them.

You state cosworth running gear. That would imply rear wheel drive. All i can see from the pics is a LET, a huge turbo, screamer pipe and thats about it! What cosworth parts are you using? Coscast head doesnt count, and neither does a badge on the boot.

a friend of mine built a standard xe with forged pistons, cossie turbo and cossie managment was fetured in performance vauxhall bassicly a standrad engine with turbo and that made 300 bhp no problem

well why say your going to build a 500bhp engine on a turbo that i could hoestly **** more boost than, its really not that big, your running a cossie regulator that is good for 350 bhp at the most, what type of nos solenoids are you planning on using as i have never seen 200bhp from 2 nitrious solenoids, you havent given a decent spec engine list, you cant even remember what items have been used to build your engine let alone were the items come from :tard:

there are a lot of people who are far more knowledgeable than me an i can clearley see you havent got a fooking clue what your building or wtf your talking about :thumb:
