IIRC my friend has a mk2 escort which used to be their show car. has a special redge plate. and it was pre production, so has some dodgy welding on it, which is how it was from the factory.
ill try and get a pic.

o and he is restoring a super??

good condition for age will look 100% better when i change wings and sills rest is good its a one owner with 104k on clock

750 i got it for.
i wont im co driver in my mates 190bhp 1.6 16v nova and got a golf gti 16v mk2 for track days so this is my road toy to drive when its dry

been to lazy. i have stripped it and welded some in but then started looking to buy a house then bought my nova then 2.0ltrd it and so on and so on.
i'm starting it again though begining of april as it gets me jellous to see them driving about knowing i have 1 in my mams garage lol.

no i think you have to get the propper alloy ones as the nut holes are set in on the alloys. you can get them off ebay though as a set of 16

you need the alloy nuts same as focus etc

my biggest debate with my self is to either keep the 2.0 pinto in to keep it standard or put a redtop in im not sure yet though...
