Spotted light met blue Nova, Bidford on Avon, Reg F470 SAC

As title, was looking to see who's it is, had a png sticker in the rear window, was, a light metallic blue, with black round the bottom SR style Mk1 really good condition, look like probably had a respray.

1. It's at a different part of the UK
2. His reg is F5*5 SAC
