cat is not an option. i work on a fishing boat. and the yard is by the sea also its private land.

problem is, you need to course the duck less pain as poss,

1 pellet in the side, will course a lot of pain, and it wont die,

you need to have a one shot one kill ratio, so i think your going to need something a bit more meaty
