Just in process of ripping apart a 1300 cylinder head, to gas flow and port it before putting it on the engine I'm building ;)
Anyone know the best place to get stem seals or even a full reconditioning kit? (Not tried factors yet, as only started tonight)
Cheers
go to a decent motor factors & ask for an elring gasket set, they were original equipment back in the day.. or a payen set is fairly good. but get a price from the dealer, it may surprise you.

Don't get a price from the Dealer, 35 quid trade, Elring are good as said above, FAI are ok , as long as your'e not going too high on the compression.
sure last e16se head set i got was about £20-25?!

ACE reconditioners in Bradford. They are very good and cheap. Had my turbo one fully rebuilt there with new everything, also a corsa 8v recently. They are on springmill street off manchester road near drakes reconditioners.
try www.allittmotorsport.co.uk for cheap mail order parts.

Well I'm going to need gaskets so a headset will do the trick.
