Yes some Daewoo engines are the same as they were owned by Gm. Not sure if it is right through the range but i can deffinatly say some are :thumb:
Wasnt it a Nexia or something that was basically a mk2 astra as Daewoo bought the last of the astra shells????? :wtf:

Think they bought either the shells or the designs lol....tooo similar! Looks like a 90s Mk2 Astra :D

But yer, there's loads of lads putting the C20XE in Daewoo's in the far east of europe, so the similarities must be there.

the nexia was actually based on a licenced design for the pontiac lemans/mk2 astra. daewoo had been making them since 1986... the engines are very similar to gm europe engines, but in a lower state of tune.

the daewoo lanos was based on an astra floorpan, with a range of 1.2 1.4 or 1.6 engines, so id emagine it wouldnt be too hard...

Daewoo hatchback whatever it was, yes the astra and they also used a saloon from the carlton for there "sedan" crud.

Just get hold of Vauxhall engines and stop scripping, as it's going to be a waste of time, "if" they break
