very happy, now looking foward to it going back and the rest painted. It's also great to be able o open the boot and see NO rust at the bottom lol .

sorry to piss on the bonfire mate but that rear exhaust looks so old school halfords era lose that and the chavy lights an mirrors and number plates and she wil be nice in my opinion of coure :D

As above, mirrors are going, so are the plates. Very chavvy haha.

The paint shop scrapped the rusty boot but gave me back the glass, random.

Took her to Clive Tallis on nutts lane industrial estate in Hinckley. Bumper and tailgate painted, fitted, wiper hole welded up etc etc £280. I'm told he actually painted it twice because he wasn't happy with the colour match the first time around :thumb: .

As others have stated the lights and mirrors then you know, but I would put Vauxhall mudflaps on instead of Opel or the other way round as change the badge :thumb:

Polo mirrors sound like a good idea and I don't mind the clear lights. Only other thing would be to change the exhaust for a twin square or twin 2.5" maybe?

I would lose the metal surround from around the tailpipe, would look alot nicer imo.

Its nice to see somthing thats not gte/gsi/sr!
