hi there peeps! iv jst bought a set of coilovers and iv got 16 inch speedlines with 45 profile tyres what would you recomend to lower and front and back, 35mm front - 60mm back?

Just set it up to how you like it. Assuming you have a mk2 Nova, the arch lips have a tad more clearance & Speedlines shouldnt pose any trouble.
Although slammed on the floor looks nice in most peoples eyes, a slightly raked reide heaight with the rear a touch higher is my preferred stance as the rear will squat under acceleration anyway. I think slammed cars look broken anyway.

All depends what kind of look your going for mate...
60 front and rear looks good imo and not toooo low.
You have coilovers, set it, ride it and see if your happy, if you are reset it.
