i currenly have a cavalier, and a golf gti. problem is, i cant afford to keep both, so one has to go. if the golf go's, then i'd feel like a bit of a muppet at the VW shows i go to. if the cav go's, then i'll feel like an idiot for not having a vauxhall.

so, my plan is, sell both, and buy a nova SR or similar, and a Polo GT, that way, i can afford to insure and run both cars while staying in both scenes.

so what do you think?

Voted! Think the old school vaux is quite well accepted within the veedub scene.

problem is, with the price of insurance, i cant have one of the bigg'uns and then just buy a nova/polo, it has to be one big one, or two little ones (insurance for both small cars is the same as insuring the golf alone!)

i like my suggestion, asa i found classic ins is very cheap, hence the cav with my 9 points....

yah, classic insurance for the golf gti--£632, that limited mileage yadda yadda yadda

its only £750 to insure it normally

I mean like keep one and insure it etc as your daily driver and get a project as a second car. Doesnt need to be insured etc. When its done use that and sell your run around. Its the life cycle of cars lol

Rinse, lather, repeat. Always repeat
