hi im 16 and im 17 in may was gonna start learning to drive then, but ive heard that this year you have to be 18 now is this true please let me no.

Hi no u dont need to be 18 im 17 and learnin and my dads a drivin instructor so i think id know lol

They say this every year...... its getting boring. Rumour mate its rumour, ignore every one..... phone the DSA urself if you dont believe us. Its 17, and thats that. I always used to here, "from this September if you aint 17 you have to be 18 to drive" its all cr*p. Think also of this, a majority of ppl who learn, are 17. Places like BSM, The AA etc would struggle like hell for a year waiting for the ppl who didnt make the supposed "september barrier" because no1 would be 18!!! Well obviously some people would, but the 17yr olds would be bugad.!! :o
