My nova is currently off the road as its being repaired from it being stolen , the car is a 3 door hatch , in flame red im thinking of doing a few things , ive already decided that im going to paint the sr 3 spoke wheels white and the bumpers going matt black with red bumper tape ,im also thinking off lifting the carpet in the front and getting some tread plate and cutting it to the size of the origional nova mats i have and painting it white and riviting it down to the floor , has any one done the same sort of thing or seen it done thanks Nath .

Hrm, white wheels and black bumpers... I'd say either do the wheels black, or do the bumpers body coloured. Too much contrast otherwise...

Dont want too many colours. And the fact 3 spokes look tosh in white. Black wheels, black bumpers and red strip would look good.

Im unsure about the rivetted plate too. Each to their own i suppose

If you rivet, be careful to ensure you donot allow the rust to set in

ive had the wheels hurricane grey for over a year now heres a pic of how it looked ,

im also going to add a photoshop of what the wheels look like white , i just want to make the car appear fresher , im having the body clay barred and polished up

Keep the colours to a minimum. Thats my advice.

Oh & checker plate is for ebay modders (so is mesh)

Never liked mesh :thumb: + rep for that man.

Don't do white wheels boyle. Looked smart before - just don't get bored of it. lol
