My wifes been expecting our second child and sunday15th was our son's 5th birthday. At 6am my wife woke me up to tell me she was in back pain. I stuck her in the bath while i was tidying up for the birthday party and 3 hours later i delivered my daughter with the help of an ambulance crew. Not a midwife in sight, probably due to the London shortage.

I've now got two kids with the same birthday five years apart. crazy:eek:

I think i was so lucky it was a straightforward delivery, the only dodgy bit was the cord got stuck but the ambulance crew dived in. I really hate the way men are pushed aside when babies come and the midwifes scowled at me when they turned up 30mins after it was all done. One of the greatest things i ever done:thumb:
