Original GM mono radio

What do people think of these? Because i thought it was cool looking, its an orignal nova one came in it when it was first bought! :thumb:

Mine has a radio, and a blank tape player, i was gutted when i found out it was a blank :/

I'm old enough to remember them when they were new...... they were crap then.... around the same time as they came out, radio 1 made the switch to FM, and we were all running round with audioline radio cassettes with graphic equalisers......and throwing am radios in the cut....

look, just because you took it out & wiped it with bumper cleaner doesn't make it a good radio... it isn't 'retro', in terms of post modernistic irony, but in terms of a step back to a worse condition, then it is retro.....

alright calm down.... lol i actually just found it at a breakers yard and was like bugger it looks cool why not take it and didnt even cost me anything because i left it in my bag and walked out and forgot about it but paid for everything else! and havent even wiped the thing i thought it was quite dirty. assumptions are not cool

nova saloon, I am calm, but I hate the use of the term retro to attempt to claim something is great.... an AM radio is just obsolete these days, and that sort really was cheap tat.. it was fitted to the lowest base model cars just so they could say it came with a radio...

i dont wanaa keep it i just thought someone might like it lol. and retro just mean a fashion reminiscent of the past and maybe it was not the best words to use but i thought it was cool i found one that was sitll around thinking that they were rareish but looks like there not so rare dont really care

my saloon came with one and ive kept it. cant beat abit of old skool. can get GOLD radio so all good
