a corsa went into me!.. i will repair just the insurance wont! the gsi bumper is in the bk of the boot lol

yea i fixed my grey shed up that was like that kind off damage i dont know why i fixed it though i scrapped it when i got my new white sr lol

this was my first nova aswell :( was getting it ready for PVS! now i have more work on my hands, dont really wanna give up on her, got my trusty old mates to help me out especially novaboyleon and mushy

lower front panel is about the hardest bit to fix there, I'd just stick a complete (upper and lower, probably with a nice fresh crossmember too) one one. A bit of bashing-out should see the inner wing sorted.

erm i was talking to a lad last night and he has had a bump in the ar se end of a corsa b small dint in boot that is it and thay have wrote that off

This is one of my worst fears, although it's more a quarter panel/door area that would bring the rage! What actually happened? Good luck with getting together for pv too mate! (don't mean that sarcastically)

Personally it depends on what the rest of the shell is like, chassis legs mostly, im only repairing mine as I know the underneath is solid.

Get the wing and bonnet off and see what the inner wing/chassis leg is like.
It looks like the wing has took most of the impact

yeah this is jason, will have a further look at it soon cant touch much seeing the bloke from the insurance needs to come round and have a look at it.. hopfuly i can repair it if not then arl look for another nova

Feel for you mate !! but at least your all ok ? what exactly happened then ? has the 3rd party excepted liability ? yeh the car has obviously taken a wack, however it's not too bad by the looks of it and is definetley repairable. I work at a salvage yard and some of the cars we get in are virtually written off for the smallest of things !! as soon as anything slightly old gets damaged that is it, i.e a MINT K-reg Citroen AX that was written off for a broken tail light !! it really is that crazy !! just make sure that the 3rd partys insurers dose not make the car "dissapear" as they do some bissare things, just remember that a 3rd partys insurer cannot actually write off your car.
