http://i417.photobucket.com/albums/pp260/theoriginalghostman/novas/DSC00063.jpg
RIP G537 NEX
http://i417.photobucket.com/albums/pp260/theoriginalghostman/novas/DSC00065-1.jpg
so after a good clean up and top end rebuild we will have 1200 power.
which will be a releif as the 1 litre is not really a very nice engine.
ive got a 1300 cam and carb waiting, plus a four branch in the post, with a big ol' skim aswell should be good fun and not fast enuff to be lethal

They dont look like astra fanblades, i wouldnt mind a set of those for mine.

24-12-09, 06:29 PM
Cavalier CDX wheels IIRC ?
They look like Cavalier TD wheels but they obviously aren't because they are bigger..
Nice project by the way.... sits lovely on those 90mm's
theoriginalGhostman

The wheels are Cav CDX ones, they look a lot better without the caps on imo
@ Bubba, its not the first one ive killed either...
On a progress kinda ting i now have my welder, need to sort out some gas and a front panel and i'll be well away.

On the mod side of things, i welded these tabs i to support bonnet pins
http://i417.photobucket.com/albums/pp260/theoriginalghostman/j-fab/Photo0207.jpg
and cut the centre out the slam, just leaving enough for the radiator bracket
http://i417.photobucket.com/albums/pp260/theoriginalghostman/j-fab/Photo0200.jpg
i'm hoping to get the bay in primer next week or so, then its time for underneath. I'm so looking forward to that job...
Crackinf build, nice welding skills to :)
some great work going on here mate
