no idea, but i'd imagine you should manage it on your own. unless you have thin little girly arms, in which case bring a mate

i am fairly scrawny, have to admit, im more suited to throwing myself over walls that lifting stuff, ill give it a bash tho, all i gotta do is drag it out from under the car, drag it round to the backend and heft it up and over the boot into the wheel well.

I managed to lift a 1.4 bottom end into my boot on my own, so if i can do it im sure you can,

Might be a good plan get a 2nd set of hands though, not worth doing your back in.......

yeh deffo, few years back i was lifting an oldskool cast iron 8 hob cooker off a van and into a house with another person, didnt realise what had happened at the time, but i tore up some musles in my forearm, theyve repaired themselves a bit funky, wouldnt want that hapenning to my back.

edit : lookin back, fcuk knows how we shifted that in one hit, it probably weighed 150 kilos

did it, was all good, obviously not easy, but i pulled it off without a hearnia.
was the getting it out the car with no axle stands, trolley jack or crane that was the tricky bit, but in usual fashion i blagged it with the standard vauxhall jack and 2 house bricks, block dropped out, fell on its side and oil went fcuking everywhere, oh my god i said.
