Down in the local chippy tonight and went to have a favourite "Chessie Chip" looking up at the menu and a chip is £2 and a chessie chip is £3.20. Not don't take this the wrong way but £1.20 for a sprinkle of cheese :eek: what a rip off. As protest I went for a chip! Rant over.

I go to the chippy for a "bag" of "chips" if youre paying £3.20 for one chip with a bit of cheese on it then does you wanna buy any nova bits from me lol

the one i go to charges 50p for the cheese. still a rip off but then again look at how much your paying for the chips aswell

Next time you go take a chunk of chedder and a grater. Then use there counter to cheese your chips. That will show the *******s!

the oxford chip shop workers used to ask 'saw finger?' it took me a while to work that one out......'salt and vinegar'='saw finger'

is that chinese chippy still on the cowley road (in oxford) near the bus garage??

that bitch in there used to have a killer trick, when she was dishing up your chips, she'd ask if you wanted a drink. if you said no, she would smother them in salt, so after 10 seconds of tucking in, you had a raging thirst...I used to say yes to the drink, then take ages to decide, so the salt stayed in the shaker, then once wrapped, i would change my mind.....

it is stuff called 'analogue cheese' & is made from milk byproducts & vegetable oil. it is cheap & doesn't have much flavour... it gets used in lots of pizzas too

i had that problem at the chipy at the bottom off my road since some chinese people took it over!!
