dump valve for nova's

does anyone know if there is a turbo or nething that you can put on a 1.3sr so u can chuck on a dump valve? coz i seen a nova with a valve an i want 1..... cheers...

is that the only reason you want a turbo, for the souns of the dump valve? just record someone else onto cd and play it at full volume.
