2.l 8v cconversion

Hi all,

Im just starting a 2.0l 8v conversion in2 my GTE :D its from a Cavalier CD 1993, I was wondering if any1 could explain to me what extra eninge mounts are required as there was 1 in it it before but i can only see 2, any pics or info you may have will be a great help. I have welded the engine bay and done the strenthening required already.

using the big block gearbox you will be using all standard nova rubbers, both the standard nova gearbox mounts.

you will then need a nova conversion engine mount (drivers side) and a gearbox spacer (use the 3 bolt type)

are the fitting kits the same for 16v as 8v as they r for sale on ebay

8v and 16v kits are the same as they are all big block. Just need the drivers side engine mount and a spacer kit to go on the rear mount. Theres a how to guide in technical i think.
