Old Peter Maiden Cam info required

I am thinking about rebuilding thwe engine in my rally Nova. It is fitted with a Peter maiden cam, a PMC 13RR. Does anyone know any information on these i.e. lift and duration?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yep on the distributor end of the cam.

iirc the 13rr is a copy of the kent fast road cam.
