Help with wiring PLEASE....

Right here it goes, ive got a E reg 1.3 sr which im just about to stick a 1.6 16v (c16xe) corsa lump into! the mechanical side no worries... Just i dont mind admitin im a plank when it comes to electrics! :?
Ive seen the wiring guide on valvers but it is'nt quite clickin could any one who has done this task (or knows what to do) explain how they done it?

also will my F13 box be alright with this lump?

is it as simple as cutting the old loom and just finding and rejoining the wires mentioned on valvers then?

take it you'v done this your self! in which case would you recomend use'in a GTE tank with seperate pump? or a tank with an internal pump?
if the GTE is the better where bouts would ya mount the pump and run the wiring?
