obviously after properly cleaning them I'd go for

1) Hammertie paint (IIRC quite a few people use the stuff, tough paint)
2) Same stuff for the head but for the rocker cover you can use normal paint as long as its done properly, that way you can get colours to match your car for the rocker.
3) The same Hammertie paint should be cool for the gearbox too.
4) VHT (Very High Temp) paint, stuff thats specially designed for places like manifolds that can withstand 400 degrees +.

This is what I would use myself.

Hammerite FTW. I used it on my block, and head and will use it on my gearbox. Got a polished rocker. High temp paint and/or heat wrap tape for the manifold.

agreed, hamerite smooth is great stuff, if you take you time and build it up gradually it will look just like powder coat.;)

I put hammerite on my exhaust manifold. Just discoloured and flaked off. Left manifold quite shiney though lol

I used hammerite smooth on my brakes and it looks mint because I prepped it so well, andrew can back me up on this one lol
